Cancellation
Ticket purchases are final, including when the event is rescheduled, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If the event is cancelled, contact the organizer for the applicable resolution.
Transfers
Pass transfers require organizer approval. Contact support before the event.
Payment issues
If money was debited but no pass was issued, contact support with your order reference and payment date. Do not send card details, banking passwords or OTPs. Payment status will be checked before the next steps are confirmed.
