Who handles your information
Kunal Aggarwal operates PlatinumPasses for bookings to Dance 4 All ft. Rafael Cerato & More. This policy explains the information used to run ticket sales, provide support and manage admission.
Booking and support records
We collect the purchaser’s name, email, mobile number, selected passes, consent record and booking time. Payment references, verification outcomes, ticket identifiers and check-in records are retained with the order. If you contact us, we also receive the information you choose to include. Technical request information is used for security and checkout rate limiting.
Why we use these records
These records allow us to verify payments, issue passes, email PDFs, check guests in, answer booking questions and communicate event changes. They also help resolve disputes, detect misuse and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Checkout does not currently collect marketing consent or enroll you in a newsletter.
Payments and service providers
PayU handles payment credentials on its checkout; this website does not store your card details. Neon stores booking records, Resend sends ticket emails, and Vercel hosts the site and stores PDFs in private Blob storage. Information needed to complete these tasks is processed by those providers and by authorized event staff. Provider processing locations may differ from yours.
Other disclosures
We do not offer purchaser records for sale or rent. Information may be disclosed when legally required, to investigate fraud, or to handle a booking dispute. Separate permission will be sought before sharing contact details with sponsors for their own promotions.
Cookies and external links
Essential HTTP-only cookies maintain access to bookings and help prevent duplicate checkout attempts. Blocking cookies may prevent access to an order page. Social links and other external sites operate under their own privacy policies; review them before supplying information. This policy does not imply that advertising trackers or personalized marketing are currently enabled.
Protection and retention
Access controls, private PDF storage and payment verification help protect booking information, but no online system is risk-free. Records are kept for booking fulfilment, support, disputes and applicable legal requirements. A final retention schedule is pending organizer review; contact us about a particular record.
Requests about your data
Contact support@platinumpasses.com to ask for access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, or to raise an objection about its use. We may verify your identity and explain any legal or operational limits on a request. You can withdraw any separately given marketing permission without affecting essential booking messages.
Age requirements
This event is intended for guests aged 18 and above. If an underage person’s information has been submitted, notify us so we can review the booking and the related records.
Event photographs and video
Event photographers may capture guests in crowd footage or photographs for event coverage and promotion. Tell venue staff if you do not wish to be photographed, or contact us about a specific published image. Requests will be reviewed with the relevant event team.
